Which carrier does RockBottomSunglasses.com use to ship internationally?
RockBottomSunglasses.com uses multiple shipping providers to ship internationally. Based on your address our checkout system will choose the best, most efficient delivery method for your packages. No matter how your goods ship, you will be provided with a tracking number to monitor your packages progress to your doorstep!
When will my order ship?
While the Cave Crew will try to get your order out the door ASAP, international orders can be held up to 48 hours before they ship.
Does RockBottomSunglasses.com ship on weekends or holidays?
RockBottomSunglasses.com's Shipping Days and Days-In-Transit do not include weekends or holidays! For example, if you pay for an item on Friday before noon EST and select Next Day Air, on-time delivery will be Monday not Saturday!!! *Please note: Days in transit are calculated beginning on the day following shipment. For example, if payment clears at 10am on Monday and 3 Day Service is selected, shipping will occur on Monday with Tuesday being day 1 in transit, Wednesday being day 2 and Thursday being day 3 and the anticipated delivery date. Standard and ground services are not guaranteed by a certain date. Please be sure to consider this when selecting your shipping method.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Sure do! We have a special APO/FPO delivery method that can be chosen when going through checkout. Note that we have experienced a few long delays when shipping to APO/FPO addresses. If you happen to have a physical address overseas, you can choose our international shipping method to receive your packages much quicker.
Do I have to pay tax/duty if I am ordering from outside the United States?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from RockBottomSunglasses.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
When will my order arrive?
Our international shipping carrier guarantees 2-3 day delivery to most destinations. Please note: each order must clear customs before being delivered to its final destination, which may result in delivery delays. Please consult your local customs office for additional information.
Do I need to be available to receive deliveries?
A signature will be required on any order exceeding $500 to ensure there are no complications with your delivery.
Is there a shipping and handling discount when multiple items are purchased at the same time?
Yes! The more you buy, the more $$$ you will save! Our checkout system will automatically combine all of your items into one order for you, providing some of the most competitive shipping prices in the industry!
