I know that when you buy some new shades you want to get 'em as FAST as possible. That's why here at The Cave we get your order out the door as fast as we can pack it. What carrier does Rock Bottom Sunglasses use?
RockBottomSunglasses uses a variety of carriers to deliver your packages to you in the best, most efficient way possible! Based on your delivery selection and address, our checkout system will decide the best way to get your package to you.
When will my order be shipped?
Order shipment is based on the 'time' that your order was placed and the 'receipt of payment' from our credit card processor. If you place your order before Noon Eastern Time and there are no issues with regards to your payment, then your order should ship that day. If you place your order after Noon Eastern Time, then your order should ship the next day. For orders placed after Noon on Friday, your order will not ship until Monday.
Is there a shipping and handling discount when multiple items are purchased at the same time?
Yes! The more you buy, the more $$$ you will save! Our checkout system will automatically combine your items and provide you with a discounted shipping and handling rate! Please note:
- Orders over 20 line items will ship within 2 business days
- We will not be able to add additional items to your order after you checkout
- Orders can only be delivered to one address
Does RockBottomSunglasses ship on weekends or holidays?
RockBottomSunglasses' Shipping Days and Days-In-Transit do not include weekends or holidays! For example, if you pay for an item on Friday before noon and select Next Day Air, on-time delivery will be Monday, not Saturday!!!
Can I upgrade my shipping service?
Absolutely! We offer our customers the option to upgrade to 1 Day Express, 1 Day Service, 2 Day Guaranteed and 3 Day Guaranteed. Please see domestic rates below. Please note that our shipping software will ship upgraded orders in the most efficient way possible. Orders may be shipped in a variety of ways, including by air or ground, based on the part of the country that you reside in. You may want to check the ground delivery map below to make sure you're not upgrading unnecessarily!
PLEASE NOTE: YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP VIA ONE OF OUR GROUND SERVICES (Ground Saver or Ground 1-5 Days) IF YOU DO NOT SELECT A SHIPPING SERVICE UPGRADE! *Please note: Days in transit are calculated beginning on the day following shipment. For example, if payment clears at 10am on Monday and 3 Day Service is selected, shipping will occur on Monday with Tuesday being day 1 in transit, Wednesday being day 2 and Thursday being day 3 (the anticipated delivery date). Standard and ground services are not guaranteed by a certain date. Please be sure to consider this when selecting your shipping method.
Do I need to be available to receive deliveries from Rock Bottom Sunglasses?
A signature will be required on any order exceeding $500 to ensure there are no complications with your delivery.
What days of the week does Rock Bottom Sunglasses deliver on?
Our standard delivery times are Monday - Friday.
Remember, shipping is ALWAYS free when you spend $199 or more!
*Please note a $2 surcharge will be applied to rural shipments.

*Note that the Ground Saver shipping method uses an extremely slow service. It should only be selected if you are in no hurry to receive your product as it could take a few weeks to arrive. The alternate Ground rate will arrive much quicker and delivery times are based off the delivery chart below.
